GIFT CERTIFICATES

 

Share Music! A Toledo Symphony certificate is a perfect personal or corporate gift for any occasion.  

Recipients may use the gift certificate toward the purchase of tickets to any Toledo Symphony performance or series subscription.  
They may be used just like cash at the Box Office and are available in any denomination.

Ticketing Policy 


PROCESSING CHARGE: 

 

A $6 processing charge will be assessed for every online or box office ticket order. 

 

All new and renewed season subscriptions will have a $6 processing charge per order through the box office. Additional charges may apply for online orders.

  

EXCHANGES:

 

Season subscribers, single ticket buyers, and flex coupon buyers can exchange tickets with an exchange fee.  (Subscribers receive 2 free exchanges per subscription.) 

 

Voided original tickets must be surrendered before a replacement ticket is given. 

 

No tickets can be exchanged into special events unless the ticket exchanged is originally from a special event. 

 

TSO reserves the right to limit exchanges into any performance based upon availability.

 

EXCHANGE FEES:

  

Two free exchanges per seat for each series subscription for Classics, Mozart, Pops, and Chamber packages. 

 

After you have used your complimentary exchange benefit, each additional ticket exchanged will have a $2 service charge. 

 

In appreciation of their generous gifts, exchange fees will not apply to Virtuoso Society, Chairman’s Club, President’s Club, Conductor’s Circle, and Musicians League.

 

TICKET DONATIONS:

  

Ticket donations will be mailed upon receipt of the original ticket.  

 

Donations will not be accepted after a performance. 

 

STUDENT RUSH TICKETS:

  

Valid ID must be presented before tickets are remitted. 

 

$5 tickets are available at the door for Classic, Mozart, and Chamber performances; but excludes Pops.  $10 tickets are sold in advance, but based upon availability.  Cash preferred for student rush tickets.  There is a $2 processing charge for student rush tickets purchased on debit or credit.  


Discounted tickets may be available for Pops and some special events.

 

TSO staff reserves the right to select seats for student tickets.

 

SECURE SERVERS:

Our secure server uses advanced encryption and firewall technology to keep your personal informaiton private.  Our secure server layer (SSL) software completely encrypts the information you input so that it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.  We have extremely strong security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information while it is in our control.
