Flex Tickets

Flex ticket purchasers will receive subscriber benefits including ticket insurance, the best seats and savings. Coupons are available in denominations of three or four vouchers (each voucher is good for one ticket), and can be purchased by calling our telemarketing sales team at 888-927-8956!

Share Music! A Toledo Symphony certificate is a perfect personal or corporate gift for any occasion. Recipients may use the gift certificate toward the purchase of tickets to any Toledo Symphony performance or series subscription. They may be used just like cash at the Box Office and are available in any denomination. To order or redeem a gift certificate, contact the Box Office at 419-246-8000.


A $6 processing charge will be assessed for all credit card purchases. ($3 for student rush) Starting this season, we are including transactions made at the box office the night of the performance. All new and renewed season subscriptions will have a $6 processing charge per order through the box office. Additional charges may apply for online orders.


Season subscribers, single ticket buyers, and flex coupon buyers can exchange tickets with an exchange fee. (Subscribers receive 2 free exchanges per subscription. Voided original tickets must be surrendered before a replacement ticket is given. No tickets can be exchanged into special events unless the ticket exchanged is originally from a special event. TSO reserves the right to limit exchanges into any performance based upon availability.


Two free exchanges per seat for each series subscription for Classics, Mozart, Pops, and Chamber packages. After you have used your complimentary exchange benefit, each additional ticket exchanged will have a $2 service charge. In appreciation of their generous gifts, exchange fees will not apply to Virtuoso Society, Chairman’s Club, President’s Club, Conductor’s Circle, and Musicians League. Single ticket exchanges acess a $6 processing fee.


Tickets that cannot be used can be returned as a donation to the Symphony for the full price of the ticket. A tax deduction form will be issued and can be used when you file your next tax return. Ticket donations will be mailed upon receipt of the original ticket. Donations will not be accepted after a performance.
