SUBSCRIPTION SALES

You can subscribe to an entire series by:

• Visting the Symphony office at 1838 Parkwood Ave.
• Ordering on line today for the Classic Series, Pops, Mozart & More or Family Series.
• Call the box office to order the Chamber Series.

TICKETING POLICY

 

PROCESSING CHARGE

A $6 processing charge will be assessed for all credit card purchases. ($3 for student rush) Starting this season, we are including transactions made at the box office the night of the performance. All new and renewed season subscriptions will have a $6 processing charge per order through the box office. Additional charges may apply for online orders.

 

EXCHANGES

Season subscribers, single ticket buyers, and flex coupon buyers can exchange tickets with an exchange fee. Subscribers receive 2 free exchanges per subscription. Voided original tickets must be surrendered before a replacement ticket is given. No tickets can be exchanged into special events unless the ticket exchanged is originally from a special event. TSO reserves the right to limit exchanges into any performance based upon availability.

 

EXCHANGE FEES

Two free exchanges per seat for each series subscription for Classics, Mozart, Pops, and Chamber packages. After you have used your complimentary exchange benefit, each additional ticket exchanged will have a $2 service charge. In appreciation of their generous gifts, exchange fees will not apply to Virtuoso Society, Chairman’s Club, President’s Club, Conductor’s Circle, and Musicians League. Single ticket exchanges are assessed a $6 processing fee.

 

TICKET DONATIONS

Ticket donations will be mailed upon receipt of the original ticket. Donations will not be accepted after a performance.

 

SECURE SERVERS

Our secure server uses advanced encryption and firewall technology to keep your personal informaiton private. Our secure server layer (SSL) software completely encrypts the information you input so that it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. We have extremely strong security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information while it is in our control.
